Allow non WikiWord for the new topic name.
Note: It's usually best to chose a WikiWord for the new topic name, otherwise automatic linking may not work. Characters not allowed in topic names, such as spaces will automatically be removed.

__Note:__ This also works for TWiki tables, but only if you add a blank line between the end of the table and the closing =</noautolink>= tag (known issue of the TablePlugin ).
